Caribbean Park Caribbean Park is an industrial estate located on Ferntree Gully Road Scoresby. It is the home of selected multinational companies such as Panasonic, Hallmark, Motorola and Gillette. The uses of these buildings range from national head offices to warehouse storage, distribution and production. Exclusive building rights to all forms of building at Caribbean Park is the responsibility of Wilkore Construction Company. From our initial involvement in Caribbean Park in 1987, 25 buildings fulfilling various requirements have been constructed on the estate, 22 of which we have been exclusively involved in the structural and civil design.
