A new $50 million upgrade to bring WTC’s facility up to world’s-best practice. The upgrade of the facility would enable increased capacity and capability, quality improvement, a safer work environment and productivity improvement.
DNM scope included design and documentation for civil, and structural. The facility was constructed by Qanstruct and is located in Glen Waverley
Printing Plant for Independenrt Print Media Group
A new $90 million purpose built printing facility was constructed at Warwick Farm, Sydney. DNM provided structural and civil engineering services as well as fully dimensioned building drawings.
The project involved a combination of new buildings and refurbishing existing buildings into a state of the art printing facility incorporating environmentally sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting and reuse to create the most energy efficient, high volume printing plant in Australia
OneSteel Duragal Manufacturing Facility
This project was formally known as the Tubemakers Australia DuraGal Manufacturing plant and is located in Somerton, Victoria.
The plant has been constructed on a 105 ha site and consists of approximately 35,000 m² of buildings and approximately 30,000 m² of external roads and hardstand pavement including very heavy duty forklift pavement for the storage and handling of steel coil.
DNM scope included design, documentation and observation of construction for civil, structural, services coordination and general arrangement drawings as well as the design and documentation of a wetland and habitat protection/restoration system to cater for a total catchment area of 132 ha inclusive of adjoining residential land
