Greenwood Industrial Park Zhuhai, China
Greenwood Industrial Park is located in southern China in the city of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The site is located in a special economic development zone in close proximity to the port of Zhuhai and the Zhuhai International Airport. Greenwood Industrial Park is a world class facility constructed to service the requirements of multinational corporations in China. Building works are designed and built to international standards. Buildings include multistorey offices, multistorey factory’s, warehouses and multistorey residential buildings.
Putra Place Hotel Kangan, Malyasia
DNM were engaged by the primary contractor to design the structure based on precast concrete walls, columns and floor forms, rather then the traditional simple in situ reinforced concrete method. The substructure consist of driven precast piles. This was the first of many building projects that were completed in northern Malaysia using introduced precast building technology.
Kuah Township Retail/Residential
Approximately 160 connected 2, 3 & 4 storey shop-office / shop-house buildings were designed using precast wall and floor units. Foundations consisted of precast driven piles or pad and strip footings.
Arau Primary School Perlis, Malaysia
The structures for three new state schools were designed based on using precast concrete technology, but in strict accordance with the Malaysian Public Works specifications and brief for standardised school buildings.
State Government Offices Kangan, Malaysia
10 storey new office for the State Economic & Development Corporation constructed using precast double rib floor slab units, precast walls, columns and external cladding units. In situ concrete topping slab and wall infills were used to tie precast units together.
