Andrew joined Davis Associates Pty Ltd in 1998 as a graduate engineer.
In the early years with Davis Naismith Pty Ltd, Andrew gained experience on a range of industrial and commercial projects in Australia and numerous industrial and commercial projects in China. This followed on with experience in heavy industrial projects in the chemical production fields throughout Australia.
In recent years Andrew has gained experience in the role of project engineer for a number of large multi-million dollar projects for the expansion and refurbishment of food manufacturing, print communication production and heavy industrial facilities.
Andrew became a director of Davis Naismith & McGovern Pty Ltd in 2021.
